All content, design, code, and branding on Halideway — including the name, logo, and visual identity — are the property of Halideway. Fonts and color data displayed through the tools are subject to their respective open-source licenses (OFL, Apache 2.0, etc.).

Halideway does not collect personal data through its tools. No account registration is required. If you contact us via the contact form, your message is sent directly by email and is not stored on our servers.

5. Disclaimer

The tools are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Halideway is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the tools. Font and color data is curated to the best of our knowledge but may contain inaccuracies.
